Director: David Petherbridge

David is a graduate of Dublin Institute of Technology. He joined RKD in 1997 and was appointed as an Associate Director in April 2004 before becoming a Director in December 2006. To date he has been involved on many different projects ranging in scale and complexity from large commercial developments to community health centre design schemes.

In the role of Project Architect, David has overseen the design and construction of several major developments including the Royal Dublin Society, AIB Bankcentre Extension and University College Hospital Galway. He has experience at all levels of design and construction management, taking projects from inception to post-contract services and facilities management. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland (RIAI) as well as the RIAI Practice Committee.
