This commercial office fit-out for HMH (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt) Publishing is located at the Trinity Central Building, Pearse St. Dublin 2. The fit-out ranges over 3 floors and covers an area of 3,600 sq.m., overlooking south Dublin, the Dublin Docklands, and the adjacent Pearse railway station.

HMH is an Irish-owned publishing company based in Boston. The Irish operation develops digital content for educational software for children up to the age of 12, and so the design is a combination of sleek playful curves, vivid colours and organic open-plan layouts.

The fit-out includes workstations for 343 employees at an efficient average of 10.5 sq.m per person, canteen and breakout spaces, conference facilities, reconfigurable open-plan meeting spaces to enable town hall meetings, innovation & interactive hub meeting spaces, cinema specification Digi-Zone digital media games room, and fully soundproofed video editing suite.

The layout is predominately open plan with 12% cellularisation by area, and 8% cellularisation by occupancy.
