King Fahd Medical City Masterplan

King Fahd Medical City (KF MC) in Riyadh is one of the largest independent Medical Cities in the Middle East. It consists of a Main Hospital, Women's Specialist Hospital, Children's Hospital and Rehabilitation Hospital. In addition to the hospitals, there are Medical Centres including Prince Salman Heart Centre, The Neuroscience Centre, Prince Sultan Haematology and Oncology and the Specialised Diabetes and Endocrine Centre.

Due to the quantum of recent and planned development and the significant challenges being experienced on the KFMC campus, it has been established that a new masterplan to deal with development on a phased basis for the period 2011 - 2025 is required.

RKD Architects is appointed as lead masterplanners for the project which is currently in the final stages of development.
